Top notch - This is the second time I have used this estate agent and yet again Rose has gone above and beyond the service you would expect.. She is so friendly and helpful and you really do get the personal touch. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation recommending their services to anybody looking to sell their property.

Extremely helpful and professional service. - We purchased a property in the Hornchurch area and we were thoroughly impressed by the service provided to us by Rosemary Dawson. From first viewing to completion she was a reliable and helpful port of contact who always kept us informed of progression and was willing to go the extra mile. In particular, the way in which Rosemary treated and cared for a very elderly vendor was admirable and she made the whole buying process very human.

Excellent service can't fault Rose in any way VERY hard working ! Have Used Rose for the 2nd time to sell our 2nd property as per usual we got exactly what was promised. Very honest and straight to the point. Worth every penny! Would definitely recommend to anyone Keep the good work up!

Rose sold my property within 1 week and the transaction went more smoothly than I thought it would. Rosemary Dawson is what all Estate Agents should be. She was with us every step of the way. Helped us fill in forms and liaised with all parties and kept us informed and chased were necessary. I believe that without her assistance it would have been so stressful as we had to move due to husbands ill health. First class service, well recommended.

I cannot recommend Rose Dawson highly enougth. She has gone 'that extra mile' for people and has been extremely helpful in helping my elderly mother move twice (in 2015 and 2023) Throughout the whole moving process she kept us informed every step of the way with what was going on. We cannot thank her enougth.

I used Rose, in the sale of my house last month. What can I say, Rose was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She went over and above to help and guide me and to, in turn, keep my buyers happy, after a very long, stressful and drawn out process due to the tenant that was resident at the property not ‘playing ball’ and vacating. Rose was on hand to set my mind at rest any day and at anytime, and was even there for whenever I needed to let off steam. In my opinion, she went far, far over and above what any agent would need to do and probably what any other agent does do. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Rose in the future.
